An Introduction to Art Therapy

An Introduction to Art Therapy

15 Nov 10:00 - 12:00 - Dublin

Art therapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses a mix of talking and art making to explore challenges in life.

The aim is for the client to work together with the therapist to try to understand what is happening for them through the medium of the art they create. It offers the opportunity to access experiences and feelings, in a safe and non-judgemental space, leading to a better understanding for the client of the issues he/she may be dealing with.

Parents/guardians and professionals welcome.
